Marc Sydow: “It must be about more than the products”

In this quick feedback session Marc Sydow describes his introduction to the Stage 4 Accelerator program. Facing the reality that products could fail his clients, he didn’t actually have a value proposition, he was losing confidence in the financial advice industry.

He felt it could not just be about product performance and commission fees – that there had to be a deeper value proposition. He also didn’t want to simply change his language without changing his value proposition and client experience delivery. Well done Marc, you made a solid commitment and have put in all the hard work that has been required so far.
